He's a bit of a retard... late 30's, over weight, still lives with his parents, gives out a creepy vibe when he looks at you.
He might as well of said "Lavy"..."Please gonae no put hawn towels doon the lavy pan"

Ach! You know what the people are like in that building, If he had just put toilet, then people would have been like "toilet wit?" Pan? Sink? Although lavy pan is funny!
Ive also noticed he has missed the word "THE" out, Makes it just sound like a random statement now.

The toilet in my old work had a hand scrwled note stuck to the door that said.....
"out of oder"
That seemed funny to me.
I worked in Dixon Blazes when I first came over here, and in the bog someone had penned Bobby Sands MP on the cubical wall in their own shite!
Its was the funniest thing i had ever seen!
Once had to interview a polisman about a car accident in Gibshill in Greenock, his name was P.C Murdoch which had Oor Wullie related mirth about it in first place. He was a right dour bastard and clearly lacking in interpersonal skills..
Stopped at Spar on way out of Gibshill for a can of coke and sprayed on a wall "PC MURDOCH WANKS WEE DUGS"
I often wondered if he carried a tape measure
